The above photo was taken during Liverpool’s Capital of Culture celebrations in 2008. What a great year that was for our city. Hard to believe it’s 15 years ago now, in many ways it only seems like yesterday.
Liverpool will once again be the setting for a global event this May, having the honour of hosting the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest on behalf of Ukraine.
